None, it's actually all the same. The only thing is the name,that has been evolved over the time and currently is called Cabin Crew Member.

It is an aeronautic medical recognition (JAR-FCL, Class 2), so that is why it has to be performed by a medical aviation, approved by the Ministry of Development.

Yes, it opens many doors after being accessed as a stewardess, working as a instructor, supervisor, or head of Base.
How much earns a stewardess?
It depends on many factors, one is the airline because they are different, but nevertheless have a base salary as in any job, and then we have to add flight hours, plus nightlife, international allowances, board committees, etc.., that’s why the payroll changes.
What kind of contracts are performed in the world of aviation?
From a minimum of 6 months to companies that can make directly contracts of 1 year, 3 years. All of them with the possibility of renewal.
How many languages do I have to speak for international flights?
To be eligible for an airline they will require to speak English and Castilian. Of course, the more languages the better.
What level of English is necessary to work in the major airlines?
A level of fluency in English, that does not mean bilingual, but you have to know how to hold a conversation in regional dialect.
