Air Hostess has its own simulator in which the different practical lessons set up by Spanish Civil Aviation for the CCM course are done.
We also have a co-operation agreement with the Universidad de A Coruña in order to do some of the practice with them.
Some of the practical lessons are listed below:
PRACTICAL PROGRAMME
- RAMP EVACUATION
- SWIMMING (swim 100 meters in no more than 2'30'')
- PULLING A CASTAWAY
- USE OF LIFE JACKETS AND LIFE RAFTS
- FORMING A GROUP IN THE SEA
- USING FLARES AND PYROTECHNICAL SIGNALS
- FIRE EXTINGUISHING (both real and pretended)
- CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Revival)
- DANGEROUS SITUATIONS ON BOARD
- AIR ACCIDENT ANALYSIS
- ETC...
